Un poste de jour à Montréal pour joindre notre équipe. Les avantages à occuper ce poste de Contremaitre peinture de jour à Montréal : Poste permanent à temps plein Horaire stable Jour : Lundi au vendredi : 6h à 15h Salaire pouvant aller jusqu'à 90k$/année Assurance collective complète Régime de retraite Vacances et congés compétitifs Environnement de travail stimulant et structuré Entreprise stable et en croissance Possibilités d’avancement professionnel Formation continue et développement des compétences Équipe collaborative et expérimentée Participation active aux projets d’amélioration continue Milieu axé sur la santé et sécurité Rôle clé dans les opérations de production Environnement manufacturier dynamique Projets variés et défis quotidiens stimulants Principales responsabilités du Contremaitre peinture de jour à Montréal : Planifier, organiser et superviser les activités quotidiennes de production Répartir les tâches et coordonner la charge de travail selon les priorités opérationnelles Réaffecter la main-d’œuvre selon les besoins de production et les imprévus Assurer le respect des calendriers de production, des délais et des objectifs de rendement Coordonner les activités avec les différents départements de l’usine Mettre en place des méthodes de travail favorisant la productivité et l’optimisation des ressources Superviser les employés sur le quart de travail Participer à l’accueil, à la formation et au coaching des employés Assurer le suivi du développement des compétences de l’équipe Gérer les situations disciplinaires et appliquer les règles et procédures de l’entreprise Maintenir un climat de travail mobilisateur, respectueux et collaboratif Communiquer clairement les attentes et les objectifs opérationnels Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail Identifier les risques et participer aux initiatives de prévention Participer aux enquêtes d’accidents et analyses de risques Assurer la qualité du travail effectué et le respect des standards de fabrication Profil recherché pour ce rôle de Contremaitre peinture de jour à Montréal : Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en supervision dans un environnement manufacturier Expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier Bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication et des opérations de production Capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités dans un environnement à rythme rapide Leadership mobilisateur et capacité à encadrer une équipe Excellentes habiletés en communication et en gestion de personnel Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur Bonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de base Expérience en transformation d’acier considérée comme un atout Ce poste de Contremaitre peinture de jour à Montréal vous intéresse et vous aimeriez y faire parvenir votre CV ?
