Coordonnateur des commandes clients Notre client, une entreprise reconnue dans le domaine de l'optique et de la distribution, est présentement à la recherche d'un Coordonnateur des commandes clients afin de joindre son équipe dynamique. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein offrant un environnement de travail stimulant, axé sur la collaboration, l'amélioration continue et le service à la clientèle. Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, de 9 h 30 à 18 h Principales responsabilités : Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de coordonner les activités liées au traitement et au suivi des commandes clients afin d'assurer leur progression efficace à travers les différentes étapes de production. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs départements internes ainsi qu'avec des partenaires externes afin de garantir le respect des délais et la satisfaction de la clientèle. Les principales tâches comprennent notamment : Effectuer le suivi des commandes et des rapports de production afin d'identifier rapidement les retards ou les anomalies ; Coordonner les interventions avec les différents services pour accélérer le traitement des commandes; Identifier les commandes stagnantes, réimprimer les bons de travail au besoin et assurer leur remise en production; Corriger les erreurs ou les commandes mélangées sur la chaîne de production ; Trouver des solutions rapides et efficaces pour répondre aux urgences des clients; Assurer le suivi des commandes confiées aux laboratoires externes; Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et des méthodes de travail; Respecter les politiques, procédures et normes de qualité établies par l'entreprise; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins opérationnels. Profil recherché : Nous recherchons une personne organisée, autonome et proactive, possédant un excellent sens des priorités et une grande capacité d'analyse. Le candidat idéal aime travailler en équipe, fait preuve d'initiative et possède une forte orientation vers la résolution de problèmes. Exigences : Expérience dans un environnement administratif, manufacturier ou de coordination des opérations; Connaissance de base d'Excel et d'Outlook; Excellentes aptitudes en communication ; Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit; Sens du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément ; Dynamisme, ponctualité et esprit d'équipe.
