Vos responsabilités Recrutement Définir la stratégie de recherche : cartographie de marché, secteurs cibles, approche directe, canaux et messages. Sourcer et approcher des profils de haut niveau (STIM et gestion) avec une approche humaine, personnalisée et confidentielle. Mener des entrevues approfondies (compétences, leadership, fit, trajectoire, motivations) et produire des synthèses de qualité. Coordonner le processus candidat : disponibilité, étapes, feedback, préparation aux entrevues et maintien de l’engagement. Collaborer avec l’équipe sur les meilleures pratiques (processus, outils/IA, amélioration des scripts, scorecards, qualité des livrables). Au plaisir de discuter avec vous!
