Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Superviseur de maintenance spécialisé en automatisation pour se joindre à notre équipe de maintenance et supporter le Directeur dans les activités liées à l'automatisation et l'instrumentation de contôle. Les tâches à accomplir pour ce poste de Superviseur automatisation à Montréal : Superviser l’équipe spécialisée en automatisation. • Participer activement à la programmation des équipements de production. • Planifier, gérer et livrer des projets d’automatisation. • Assister l’équipe dans le dépannage des équipements automatisés. • Établir les standards de programmation et de sélection des composantes. • Coordonner les interventions avec les autres départements. • Analyser, documenter et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI). Le profil recherché pour ce poste de Superviseur automatisation à Montréal : Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires en automatisation, génie de la production automatisée (GPA) ou équivalent. • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en programmation PLC/HMI (Allen-Bradley, Siemens). • Expérience en systèmes de motion : servomoteurs, variateurs de fréquence (VFD). • Expertise en environnements automatisés et solides connaissances mécaniques/électriques. • Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets d’automatisation. • Leadership naturel et capacité à bâtir et encadrer une équipe. • Excellente autonomie et sens de l’organisation. • Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
