Les tâches à accomplir pour ce poste de Superviseur de production de nuit à Montréal : Planifier, diriger, contrôler, évaluer, superviser l’ensemble des activités de la production Contribuer activement à la réalisation et au dépassement des objectifs en matière de santé et sécurité, qualité/ sécurité alimentaire, productivité Ambassadeur de la santé et sécurité au travail : appliquer et s’assurer de l’application rigoureuse des procédures et règlements en matière de santé sécurité. Procéder à l’évaluation du rendement du personnel lorsque requis. Planifier adéquatement le travail à réaliser dans le but de maximiser l’efficacité. Gérer le niveau et la compétence des effectifs nécessaires aux opérations. Assurer l’application de l’ordonnancement de production demandé par la planification afin de maintenir un niveau de service optimal à nos clients. Agir, lorsque nécessaire, comme support technique au personnel de production. Recevoir, suivre et résoudre les non conformités en production et les mesures correctives.
