Description du poste : Notre client, situé à Laval, est à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) comptable pour se joindre à son équipe. L’expérience en cabinet comptable est obligatoire. Vous êtes passionné(e) par la comptabilité et avez envie de faire une différence pour des professionnels de la santé ? Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) comptable motivé(e) et organisé(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe de notre client. Les avantages : Salaire compétitif : 25 $ à 28 $ de l'heure, selon l'expérience. Horaire flexible : mode hybride, 35 à 40 h par semaine. Vacances Horaire d’été : congé les vendredis. Opportunités de développement : possibilité de perfectionnement professionnel. Vos responsabilités en tant que technicien(ne) comptable : Gestion complète de la tenue de livres : vous serez responsable d’environ 35 clients, principalement dans le domaine de la santé (dentistes, chiropraticiens, podiatres, vétérinaires, etc.). Préparation des dossiers de fin d'année : vous préparerez les dossiers en respectant les échéances de chaque client, en vue de la production des états financiers. Communication client : vous assurerez un suivi régulier avec les clients pour obtenir la documentation nécessaire. Travail d'équipe : vous collaborerez avec vos collègues pour respecter les échéances mensuelles et assurer un service de qualité. Utilisation de logiciels comptables : vous travaillerez avec SAGE (bureau) et QuickBooks (en ligne). Production des déclarations de taxes : vous serez responsable des déclarations trimestrielles et annuelles. Production des DAS : vous effectuerez les déductions à la source (DAS). Production des relevés fiscaux : vous produirez les relevés fiscaux de fin d'année, incluant le sommaire du relevé 1 (Québec), la déclaration à la CNESST, ainsi que les T4 et T5. Profil recherché : Expérience : au moins 2 ans en cabinet comptable. Connaissances : bonne maîtrise des principes comptables et des logiciels SAGE et/ou QuickBooks.
