Technicien(ne) comptables à Laval Nous sommes une entreprise active dans le développement, la construction et la gestion d’immeubles, qui recherche un(e) technicien(ne) comptable en gestion immobilière à Laval. Relevant du contrôleur financier, vous prendrez en charge le suivi comptable de plusieurs projets, du traitement des transactions aux conciliations et aux clôtures mensuelles. En collaboration avec les équipes internes, vous veillerez à l’exactitude des données, au suivi des dossiers et au respect des échéances. Les tâches du poste de Technicien(ne) comptable en gestion immobilière à Laval : Être responsable des recevables de chaque projet locatif (les PPA et les chèques reçus des locataires); Suivre le traitement des factures dans Hopem; Saisir les factures approuvées dans Acomba/Hopem; Préparer les dossiers de paiement ainsi que les chèques et les virements à faire approuver; Actualiser les tableaux Excel servant au contrôle des opérations; Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et de cartes de crédit; Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles et à la préparation des rapports de fin de mois et de fin d’exercice; Maintenir des dossiers comptables complets et à jour pour plusieurs projets locatifs. Le profil recherché pour le poste de Technicien(ne) comptable en gestion immobilière à Laval : Expérience en comptabilité dans le secteur de la gestion immobilière obligatoire; Bonne compréhension des recevables locatifs et des comptes payables; Maîtrise des conciliations bancaires et bonne connaissance des travaux de fin de mois; Connaissance de Hopem et d’Acomba, des atouts; Bonne aisance avec Excel; Autonomie, méthode et souci de l’exactitude; Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les échéances; Esprit d’équipe et bonnes aptitudes de communication.
