Technicien(ne) comptables à Laval Nous sommes une entreprise active dans le développement, la construction et la gestion d’immeubles, qui recherche un(e) technicien(ne) comptable à Laval. Relevant du contrôleur financier, vous prendrez en charge le suivi comptable de plusieurs projets, du traitement des transactions aux conciliations et aux clôtures mensuelles. En collaboration avec les équipes internes, vous veillerez à l’exactitude des données, au suivi des dossiers et au respect des échéances. Les avantages des postes de Technicien(ne)s comptables à Laval : Salaire annuel de 65 000 $ à 70 000 $, selon l’expérience et les compétences; Postes permanents de 40 heures par semaine, entièrement en présentiel; Horaire habituel de 8 h à 17 h, avec une heure de dîner et une flexibilité; 4 semaines de vacances selon le calendrier de la construction; Assurance collective complémentaire à la RAMQ après trois mois; Stationnement sur place; Bureaux modernes et ambiance de travail amicale et respectueuse; Événements d’entreprise; Formation et accompagnement. Les tâches du poste de Technicien(ne) comptable à Laval : Assurer le suivi des factures dans Procore et obtenir les approbations auprès des chargés de projets; Comptabiliser les factures autorisées dans le système comptable; Préparer les dossiers justificatifs et les chèques à faire signer; Tenir à jour les tableaux de contrôle et de suivi dans Excel; Obtenir les quittances des sous-traitants et assurer le suivi; Recueillir les documents de conformité CCQ, CNESST, Revenu Québec et ARC, ainsi que les attestations d’assurance; Collaborer avec les chargés de projets pour vérifier que les factures liées aux demandes de paiement sont enregistrées et approuvées; Répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs et effectuer les suivis de paiement; Réaliser les conciliations bancaires et de cartes de crédit; Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et à la préparation des rapports de fin de mois; Assurer le suivi comptable de plusieurs projets simultanément. Le profil recherché pour le poste de Technicien(ne) comptable à Laval : Expérience pertinente en comptabilité, notamment en comptes payables; Solides bases comptables et bonne maîtrise des conciliations bancaires; Connaissance d’Acomba et de Procore, des atouts; Bonne aisance avec Excel; Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers; Sens des priorités, respect des échéances et fiabilité dans les suivis; Esprit d’équipe et attitude constructive.
