The posting

Madhus Garage Equipment Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in the automotive equipment industry, is looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and attend to customer service requests promptly.
  2. Install, service, and maintain garage equipment such as Wheel Aligners, Wheel Balancers, Tyre Changers, Lifts, and Bodyshop Equipment (Paint Booth, Welding Units, etc.).
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and electronics systems.
  4. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and demonstrations of equipment.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of service concerns.
  6. Maintain service records and ensure timely reporting.
  7. Travel within city and occasionally intercity for installations and service calls.

Requirements:

  1. Hands-on experience with garage or automotive workshop equipment.
  2. Sound understanding of:
  3. Suspension systems, steering geometry, and vehicle dynamics.
  4. Engine basics, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical & electronics fundamentals.
  5. Basic knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is an added advantage.
  6. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
  7. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  8. Willingness to travel (within and outside city).
  9. Two-wheeler is mandatory.
