Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with Madison’s Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Director, Government Affairs will oversee the company’s policy and political strategies and execution, lobbying, and partnerships with business and government leaders to deliver on our commitment to strengthen communities and bring distributed energy infrastructure to scale amid surging power demand.

  • Brief the Senior Leadership Team and Board on policy risks, opportunities, and legislative outlook
  • Manage political giving and PAC strategy in coordination with Legal

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
