The posting

Je ondersteunt productiebedrijven in Limburg en de Kempen bij machineveiligheid en CE. Je analyseert machines en installaties, voert risicoanalyses uit en werkt technisch onderbouwde CE-trajecten uit.

Je voelt je thuis op het snijvlak van techniek en veiligheid. Je begrijpt machines en installaties, kijkt kritisch naar risico’s en technische documentatie en vertaalt regelgeving naar concrete, werkbare oplossingen. Zo verbind je preventie, maintenance en engineering rond één duidelijke aanpak.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert klantvragen en bepaalt de scope van machines, samenstellen en installaties.
  • Op locatie inspecteer je machines en installaties, voer je risicoanalyses uit en breng je risico’s en non-conformiteiten helder in kaart.
  • Je bepaalt welke regelgeving en normen van toepassing zijn en vertaalt die naar concrete, technisch werkbare adviezen.
  • Voor CE-dossiers verzamel en beoordeel je (beschikbare) technische documentatie, berekeningen en conformiteitsverklaringen.
  • Ook elektrische, pneumatische, hydraulische schema’s, mechanische tekeningen en besturingssystemen beoordeel je, inclusief PL- en SIL-berekeningen waar nodig.
  • Je bespreekt je bevindingen rechtstreeks met preventieadviseurs, maintenance managers en engineering managers en stemt verdere acties af.
  • Van analyse tot opvolging trek je CE-trajecten van A tot Z en signaleer je bijkomende noden rond machineveiligheid.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen machineveiligheid, CE, engineering en/of automatisatie in een industriële omgeving.
  • Een sterke technische basis is essentieel: je begrijpt industriële machines, installaties en besturingssystemen.
  • Elektrische, pneumatische, hydraulische schema’s en mechanische tekeningen lees en beoordeel je vlot.
  • Je hebt ervaring met risicoanalyses volgens EN ISO 12100, CE-dossiers en PL- en SIL-berekeningen en bent vertrouwd met relevante normen en regelgeving rond machineveiligheid.
  • Kennis van HAZOP, FMEA en/of FMECA is een pluspunt
  • Zelfstandig werken, kritisch analyseren en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je dossiers passen bij jou.
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende gesprekspartners en zet technische bevindingen om in begrijpelijk en werkbaar advies.
  • Je achtergrond kan liggen in engineering of preventie. Een opleiding of erkenning als preventieadviseur is een meerwaarde, maar geen vereiste.
