Galvenie darba pienākumi:

  • plānot un īstenot darbu ar jaunatni Ļaudonas pagastā saskaņā ar Madonas novada pašvaldības izvirzītajām prioritātēm jaunatnes politikas jomā;
  • atbalstīt un veicināt jauniešu iniciatīvas, radot labvēlīgus apstākļus viņu intelektuālajai un radošajai attīstībai;
  • nodrošināt jauniešiem iespēju iegūt dzīvei nepieciešamās prasmes, zināšanas un kompetences neformālās izglītības ceļā;
  • nodrošināt bērnu un jauniešu lietderīgu brīvā laika pavadīšanu;
  • motivēt jauniešus iesaistīties Madonas novada sabiedriskās dzīves aktivitātēs un attīstībā;
  • informēt sabiedrību par darbu ar jaunatni, izveidot un uzturēt sociālo tīklu kontus un regulāri publicēt informāciju par jauniešiem svarīgām aktualitātēm, tēmām;
  • veidot bērnu un jauniešu iniciatīvu centra gada darbības un pasākumu plānu;
  • piedalīties projektu izstrādē un īstenošanā, koordinēt projektu aktivitātes.

Prasības pretendentiem:

  • augstākā izglītība, kura atbilst Latvijas kvalifikācijas ietvarstruktūras 6. līmenim;
  • teicamas latviešu valodas zināšanas;
  • vēlamas angļu valodas zināšanas sarunvalodas līmenī;
  • labas komunikācijas un saskarsmes prasmes, spēja strādāt komandā;
  • teicamas prasmes darbā ar datortehniku un MS Office programmām;
  • pieredze sociālo tīklu administrēšanā;
  • radoša pieeja darbam, spēja ātri reaģēt un improvizēt dažādās situācijās;
  • augsta atbildības sajūta, mērķtiecīgums, spēja plānot savu darba laiku;
