The posting

Inspect buildings and identify civil, architectural and building fabric defects. Plan and supervise repairs involving masonry, concrete, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing and related works. Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress and workmanship. Prepare work scopes, material estimates and maintenance schedules. Investigate cracks, leaks, damaged finishes and other defects, escalating specialist concerns when required. Coordinate maintenance activities with M&E teams and building occupants. Review drawings and ensure works follow approved specifications. Inspect completed repairs and maintain work completion records. Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping requirements.
