The posting

* Execute instrumentation maintenance activities as per schedule; inspect, troubleshoot, and repair control valves, positioners, and pneumatic actuators regulating gas and air flows * Install, calibrate, and maintain field instrumentation including pressure transmitters, DP cells, thermocouples, and RTDs; perform routine functional checks on gas detection systems * Carry out emergency and unscheduled diagnosis and repair activities; make temporary and permanent repairs as required * Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to execute instrument maintenance plans without disrupting production; ensure compliance with safety, environment, and quality procedures Requirements * Technical Diploma in Instrumentation from a reputed institute * Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or process plant; experience in Iron Making, Steel, or material handling is preferred * Technical knowledge of measuring instruments including weigh scales, pressure/flow transmitters, gas analyzers, thermocouples, control valves, level transmitters, and PLC/DCS systems * Ability to read electrical drawings and P&IDs; basic computer skills and English communication (written and spoken) * Comfortable working in environments with exposure to dust, heat, heights, and gases
