The posting

Supervise planned preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E systems. Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, plumbing and associated equipment, as applicable to the site. Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion. Review faults, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective action. Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdowns with the project team. Review material requirements, spare parts and technical specifications. Inspect completed work and verify equipment performance before handover. Maintain technical records and prepare maintenance progress reports. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, isolation requirements and permits.
