• 5+ years of experience as a Millwright / Mechanical Maintenance Technician • Experience in Direct Reduction (DR) plants / Steel / Heavy Industrial environments preferred • Skilled in installation, alignment, maintenance & repair of mechanical equipment • Experience with rotating equipment, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors & mechanical systems • Knowledge of bearing replacement, shaft alignment, lubrication & mechanical troubleshooting • Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals & maintenance procedures • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
