• 5+ years of experience as a Millwright / Mechanical Maintenance Technician • Experience in industrial / Oil & Gas / heavy equipment maintenance preferred • Skilled in installation, alignment, maintenance & repair of rotating equipment • Experience with pumps, gearboxes, compressors, motors, conveyors & mechanical equipment • Knowledge of bearing replacement, shaft alignment, lubrication & mechanical troubleshooting • Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools & mechanical maintenance practices
