• Maintain and repair refrigeration, HVAC, and chiller systems in facilities. • Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, controls, and electrical components. • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections. • Detect refrigerant leaks and carry out repairs safely. • Record maintenance activities and respond to breakdowns. Requirements Technical certificate or diploma in Refrigeration or HVAC. • Atleast 3-4 years experience Facility Management experience is mandatory . • Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, HVAC, and chillers. • Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults. • Strong knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
