The posting

Rigger Scaffolder – Marine Responsibilities Perform rigging, lifting, scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities. Assist with marine deck operations, loading/unloading, and material handling. Inspect lifting gears, scaffolding components, slings, shackles, and tools before use. Ensure scaffolds are properly erected, secured, tagged, and safe for access. Follow lifting plans, PTW, toolbox talks, and HSE procedures. Coordinate with crane operators, banksmen, scaffold supervisors, and deck crew. Requirements Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of Rigger/Scaffolder experience in marine projects. Experience on vessels, barges, shipyards, ports, or marine facilities. Good knowledge of rigging practices and safe scaffolding erection/dismantling. Familiar with lifting equipment, hand signals, and scaffold safety requirements. Valid Rigger / Scaffolder / Banksman certification preferred. Physically fit and able to work in marine conditions.
