The posting

Manage end-to-end delivery of the contract, including SLA and KPI performance. Act as the primary interface with the client and lead contract governance meetings. Manage manpower resourcing, mobilization and certified coverage across all technical disciplines. Handle escalations related to major incidents and SLA breaches. Manage OEMs and subcontractors under a single service delivery framework. Monitor commercial performance and cost-optimization commitments. Maintain contract risk registers and manage transition activities with minimum operational disruption. Review and approve monthly service performance reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred. PMP or PgMP certification. ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification. Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery. Experience managing large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts. Airport or mission-critical operations experience strongly preferred. Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance and leadership skills. Must comply with HSE and cybersecurity requirements and be eligible to hold an MOI airport security pass.
