Die ZVG Hanse Zustell GmbH mit Sitz in Wismar ist ein Unternehmen der Verlagsgruppe NordBrief Rostock. Unsere Aufgabe ist die zuverlässige und pünktliche Zustellung von Postsendungen und Tageszeitungen im Großraum Grevesmühlen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit eine/n

Betriebsstättenleiter/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie organisieren die Zustellung aller Produkte innerhalb unseres Auslieferungsgebietes und halten die Zustellqualität auf unserem gewohnt hohem Niveau.

Sie führen Ihre Mitarbeiter fachlich sowie disziplinarisch und verantworten die Personaldisposition. Daneben verantworten Sie die vorbereitende Entgeltabrechnung und führen Personal- und Einstellungsgespräche.

Ihre Voraussetzungen

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Office 365, Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil. Belastbarkeit sowie gutes Zeitmanagement sind für sie selbstverständlich, auch zeichnen Sie sich durch Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus.

Sie sind es aufgrund Ihres Organisationstalentes gewohnt, selbstständig zu arbeiten und wissen um den wertschätzenden Umgang mit Ihren Mitarbeitern. Auch sollten Sie über einen Führerschein sowie einen eigenen PKW verfügen.
