Die Zeitungs-Vertriebs-GmbH Peine ist Dienstleister für die Zustellung von Tageszeitungen & Briefpost im Raum Peine & Gifhorn. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie zukünftig als neues Mitglied unseres Teams begrüßen zu dürfen!

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir im Auftrag der Zeitungs-Vertriebs-Gesellschaft Peine für unser Depot in Gifhorn einen

Disponenten (d/m/w) für die Tageszeitung in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (30-40h/Woche)

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

· Einsatzplanung und Betreuung des Zustellpersonals für den Bereich Peine.

· Mitarbeiterbindung im Außeneinsatz.

· Sicherung der zuverlässigen Zustellung unserer Printprodukte sowie Kontrolle von Qualitätsstandards in der Zustellung.

· Bearbeitung von Reklamationen.

· Optimierung der Zustellbezirke/Personalbesetzung.

· Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene kaufm. Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse.
  • Du bringst gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in SAP mit.
  • Du verfügst über einen PKW-Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Du bist ein Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent.
  • Eine hohe Belastbarkeit, soziale Kompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnen Dich aus.
