Teamleiter (m/w/d) Logistik für die Bereiche Transport & Fuhrpark in Vollzeit

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen die Mitarbeitenden der Abteilung Transport & Fuhrparkmanagement fachlich und disziplinarisch.
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team über­nehmen Sie die über­ge­ord­nete Steue­rung und Über­wachung der Transport Logistik.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Lieferantenmanagement der eingesetzten Spediteure.
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Überwachung & Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften und QM-Richtlinien und bearbeiten auflaufende Reklamationen.
  • Sie sind für die kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung Ihrer Abteilung verantwortlich und arbeiten an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten innerhalb der Logistik proaktiv mit.
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team überplanen Sie die vorhandenen Auslieferungstouren regelmäßig mit entsprechender Tourenplanungssoftware und sind für das komplette Fuhrparkmanagement der eingesetzten Zustellfahrzeuge verantwortlich.
  • Sie erstellen regel­mäßige Reports für die Geschäftsführung und ver­treten die Inte­ressen Ihres Bereichs in der Fachbereichs übergreifenden Zusam­men­arbeit.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Trans­port­management und/ oder Logis­tik erfolgreich abge­schlossen.
  • Zudem konnten Sie mehr­jäh­rige Berufs­er­fah­rung in einer Füh­rungs­position im Trans­port- und/ oder Logis­tik­umfeld sammeln.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit IT-Systemen insbesondere Excel und SAP. Mit gängiger Tourenplanungssoftware können Sie sicher umgehen.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Ver­ant­wor­tungs­be­wusst­sein, Enga­ge­ment, Team­fähig­keit und Kommuni­ka­tions­stärke rundet Ihr Profil ab.
