Die MADWorks GmbH betreibt den Austernstand unter dem Namen Merlins Oysters. Wir sind ein kleines Team mit einer grossen Passion für Austern und Wein.

Wir servieren Austern aus verschiedenen Regionen Europas und dazu die klassischen Weine und Schaumweine. Für genau dieses Thema wollen wir dich begeistern - damit du unsere Gäste auf diese kulinarische Reise mitnehmen kannst.

Du bist Gastgeberin oder Gastgeber und Ansprechperson vor Ort - für dein Team, für den Betreiber des Weihnachtsmarkts und für uns.

Das Öffnen der Austern übernimmt unser Écailler. Du musst das nicht können, aber du solltest wissen, wovon du sprichst: welche Sorte woher kommt, wie sie schmeckt und warum die Kühlkette zählt. Das bringen wir dir in einer bezahlten Schulung bei.

Deine Aufgaben: - Verantwortung am Stand - du bist die erste Adresse für Fragen, für die Gäste wie für den Betreiber - Kasse und Inkasso: Tagesabschluss und Übergabe. Wir arbeiten bargeldlos - Beratung der Gäste zu Wein und Champagner, passend zu den Austern (bezahlte Schulung) - Austernwissen: Sorten, Herkunft, Lagerung, Kühlkette (bezahlte Schulung) - Hygiene und Kühlkette einhalten, Temperaturkontrolle und Tagesprotokoll führen - Auf- und Abbau des Standes mit dem Team - Bestellungen und Inventur in Zusammenarbeit mit uns Kommunikation mit uns und dem Betreiber, Meldung von Vorfällen und Lieferproblemen

Das bringst du mit: - Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise mit Verantwortung für ein Team oder eine Schicht Erfahrung in Kasse und Inkasso - Interesse an Getränken, Weinkenntnisse sind ein Plus Lust, Austern kennenzulernen und Gästen näherzubringen Belastbarkeit für Abendschichten, Wochenenden und Kälte im Freien - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - weitere Sprachen von Vorteil - Gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für die Schweiz
