Nossa oportunidade:

Apoiar as atividades do planejamento com objetivo de otimizar as atividades operacionais sistêmicas, maximizando a produtividade.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, executar e monitorar as atividades operacionais sistemicas mediante as demandas dos clientes.
  • Analisar dados e discrepâncias de planejamento, identificar causas-raiz e propor soluções para evitar reincidências.Identificar necessidades e elabora projetos de melhorias continua, cria e revisa procedimentos visando aplicar boas praticas na operação de acordo com as necessidades.
  • Realizar os processos e políticas de controle de estoque, alinhados às melhores práticas do setor.
  • Usar sistemas como WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Apoiar as equipes operacionais sobre boas práticas de planejamento e fornecer suporte técnico em questões relacionadas ao controle de estoque.
  • Incluir as informacoes nos relatórios e acompanhar indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à gestão de estoque e inventário.
  • Garantir a conformidade com normas e regulamentos internos e externos relacionados ao controle de inventário.

Quem estamos procurando:

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office, com destaque para o Excel.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de armazéns e noções de operações logísticas serão diferenciais.
  • Proatividade, comprometimento e disposição para trabalhar em parceria com o time operacional.
