Short Term Planner

Als Short Term Planner (STP) werk je vanuit de control room aan de planning van de werkzaamheden aan de waterzijde van de terminal. Je plant, bereidt voor, monitort en stuurt bij zodat containers veilig, efficiënt en op tijd worden geladen en gelost.

Je werkt nauw samen met Process Controllers, planners en de Manager Execution om ervoor te zorgen dat de operatie 24/7 optimaal blijft functioneren. Wanneer afwijkingen optreden, analyseer je de situatie en stuur je tijdig bij om verstoringen zoveel mogelijk te beperken.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Plannen, voorbereiden, monitoren en bijsturen van werkzaamheden aan de waterzijde
  • Bewaken van jouw deel van het kadeplan en tijdig ingrijpen bij afwijkingen
  • Afstemmen met Process Controllers, planners, Manager Execution en andere stakeholders
  • Snel schakelen bij operationele verstoringen en passende oplossingen organiseren
  • Vertalen van klantafspraken naar een uitvoerbare en efficiënte planning
  • Signaleren van knelpunten, vertragingen en afwijkingen binnen de operatie
  • Actief bijdragen aan veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare laad- en losactiviteiten

Wat wij zoeken

  • Een continue verbetermentaliteit: je bent nieuwsgierig naar processen en denkt actief mee over duurzame verbeteringen
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van logistieke processen binnen de Rotterdamse haven
  • Sterke plannings-, organisatie- en prioriteringsvaardigheden
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken
  • Stressbestendig en in staat overzicht te behouden in een dynamische omgeving
  • Affiniteit met Lean werken en continu verbeteren
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
  • Goede vaardigheden in Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel, Word en Outlook
  • Beschikbaar om te werken binnen een 24/7 operatie en in bezit van passend eigen vervoer
