Die MAFAG AG ist ein unabhängiges Schweizer Familienunternehmen in dritter Generation. In unserem Engineering\-Team projektieren wir elektrotechnische Anlagen für die Bahninfrastruktur und arbeiten eng mit der SBB und weiteren Planungspartnern zusammen.

Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen in der Projektierung von Kabelanlagen und elektrischen Weichenheizungen. Darüber hinaus erweitern wir unser Leistungsangebot um die elektrotechnische Planung von Bahnhöfen und weiteren Infrastrukturbauten.

Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die technische Herausforderungen schätzt, Verantwortung übernehmen und unseren Engineering\-Bereich mitgestalten möchte.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektierung und Leitung elektrotechnischer Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Entwicklung und Beurteilung technischer Konzepte und Lösungsvarianten
  • Planung und Dimensionierung von Kabelschutzanlagen, Kabelkanalisationen und elektrischen Weichenheizungen
  • Projektierung elektrotechnischer Anlagen in Bahnhöfen und Infrastrukturbauten
  • Erarbeitung technischer Planungsgrundlagen, Berechnungen und Projektunterlagen
  • Fachliche Koordination mit Auftraggebern und interdisziplinären Planungsteams
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Fachbereichs Technische Anlagen

Dein Profil

  • Höhere Fachausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder verwandter Fachrichtung (Techniker:in HF, Ingenieur:in FH/ETH) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte elektrotechnische Kenntnisse und Freude an anspruchsvollen technischen Fragestellungen
  • Analytisches und vernetztes Denken, Eigeninitiative und eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Erfahrung in Projektleitung, Bahntechnik oder mit CAD\-Anwendungen (z. B. MicroStation oder AutoCAD) ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Auch qualifizierte Fachleute mit anderem Ausbildungsweg und entsprechender Berufserfahrung sind willkommen.
