אנו מחפשים קניין/ית רכש עם ניסיון בתחום הכבילה, קבלני משנה, רכש פנים ארגוני ומוצרי אלקטרוניקה להצטרף אלינו למחלקת הרכש!

מיקום: יהוד מעבר למודיעין במהלך 2026

Responsibilities

- טיפול בדרישת רכש משלב קבלת הדרישה, ניתוח הצעות המחיר, ניהול מו"מ, הוצאת הזמנה, מעקב ובקרה על מועדי אספקה עד לתשלום החשבונית לספק

- תיעוד תהליך הרכש במערכת ה – ERP והצגת הנתונים התומכים בצורה תמציתית ובהירה למאשרי ההזמנה

- בירור מקצועי, מעמיק, יסודי ומקיף של הדרישה מול דורש המוצר/השירות בתוך הארגון

- הוצאת דוחות מהמערכת ברמה היומית לצורך בקרה על סטאטוס הדרישה וההזמנה עד למועד האספקה, תוך ניהול נכון של המשימות בהתאם לדחיפותן

- חיפוש תמידי אחר ספקים וקבלני משנה חדשים בארץ ובחו"ל וביצוע sourcing ובכלל זה ניהול מו"מ באנגלית בכתב ובעל פה

- ניהול איכות הספקים האסטרטגיים המשפיעים על רוב פעילות החברה בתחום הכבילה, קבלני המשנה והרכש הפנים ארגוני.

- ניהול ממשקי עבודה הדוקים עם כל מחלקות הארגון: ניהול פרויקטים, Presale, Post sale, פיתוח, ייצור, שירות, מכירות, IT, משאבי אנוש

Requirements

-ניסיון מוכח של 5 שנים לפחות כקניין/ית רכש בתחום הכבילה, מוצרי אלקטרוניקה, קבלני משנה לפריסות כבילה והתקנות, רכש פנים ארגוני בחברות אלקטרוניקה, מוצר או חברות פרוייקטליות

ניסיון בעבודה בתוכנת Priority בסביבת ענן (WEB)

-עבודה עם office בדגש על אקסל

-אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – דיבור, כתיבה וקריאה

-השכלה – לימודי רכש/לוגיסטיקה – יתרון

- ניסיון בחברה פרויקטאלית בתחום המתח הנמוך (HLS) - יתרון

- ניסיון ניהולי של צוות קניינים/קדמי רכש - יתרון
