🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Realizar processo de cálculo, envio e pagamento da folha;
  • Realizar fechamento de impostos, envio de obrigações acessórias para cumprimento dos prazos legais;
  • Validar fechamento contábil da folha de pagamentos com a contabilidade;
  • Realizar processos de gestão de períodos de férias, desde o acompanhamento de períodos em aberto para agendamento até o pagamento e orientação;
  • Gerir benefícios de utilização mensal junto aos fornecedores de cartões de bônus, Vale Alimentação dentre outros benefícios diversos;
  • Prezar pelo cumprimento da legislação trabalhista, fiscal e previdenciária;
  • Colaborar para o desenvolvimento e resultados do setor de DP, independente de sua área de responsabilidade;

✅ Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Residir em Rio do Sul/SC ou região
  • Boa comunicação, organização e trabalho em equipe
  • Nível superior áreas afins ou cursando (Administração ou Contábeis);
  • Habilidades com informática, conhecimento básico e-mail, google drive, planilhas, word;
  • Ter conhecimento básico em rotinas trabalhistas, SST, eSocial, DCTFWeb, Legislação Trabalhista;
  • Cursos/treinamento sobre rotinas de Depto Pessoal relacionadas às atividades mais comuns de admissão, férias, férias coletivas, folha de pagamento, horário de trabalho, documentação e acordos, rescisão e 13o;
  • Curso/treinamento sobre: eSocial, DCTFWeb, SST aplicado à área de atuação da empresa, Legislação Trabalhista, Previdenciária, fiscal e tributária relacionada à folha de pagamentos;
