🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

Faturamento, Fiscal e Gestão de Contratos

  • Realizar o faturamento e a emissão de Notas Fiscais de Serviço (NFS-e) para múltiplos CNPJs, separando receitas de adesão/implementação (Setup), assinaturas (MRR) e Intermediação de Negócios.
  • Gerir a esteira de faturamento recorrente, assegurando a aplicação precisa de reajustes contratuais, prorrogações, upgrades, downgrades e cancelamentos.
  • Garantir a apuração correta e o destaque das retenções tributárias (ISS, IRRF, INSS, PIS, COFINS, CSLL) conforme o CNAE, LC 116/03 e as legislações dos municípios envolvidos.
  • Monitorar e solucionar rejeições de notas fiscais diretamente nos portais das Prefeituras.
  • Gerar relatórios de faturamento consolidados e divididos por CNPJ/Centro de Custo, prestando suporte à Contabilidade no fechamento mensal.

Análise de Crédito e Risco (B2B)

  • Avaliar a capacidade de pagamento de novos clientes B2B antes da assinatura de contratos, realizando análise de DRE, balanços e consultas em birôs de crédito (Serasa, Boa Vista, etc.).
  • Definir e aprovar prazos e parcelamentos flexíveis, mantendo o alinhamento com a Política de Crédito e o fluxo de caixa da empresa.
  • Monitorar a base de clientes ativos, antecipando riscos de inadimplência que possam impactar o faturamento recorrente.
  • Atuar em forte sinergia com o time de Cobrança e Customer Success para avaliar e definir o momento adequado para suspensão ou bloqueio de serviços por falta de pagamento.

Como Analista de Faturamento e Crédito, você será a peça-chave para garantir a eficiência do ciclo de receitas da empresa, atuando na análise de riscos e na gestão completa da esteira de faturamento.

✅ Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Residir em Rio do Sul/SC ou região
  • Experiência com emissão de NF-e, NFC-e e NFS-e
  • Vivência com cálculo de impostos (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, entre outros)
  • Conhecimento em regimes tributários: Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real
  • Capacidade de interpretar legislação fiscal aplicada ao e-commerce
  • Boa comunicação e didática para orientar clientes com diferentes níveis técnicos

  • Experiência prévia em empresas de Tecnologia (SaaS), modelo de Assinaturas, Agências ou Plataformas de Intermediação.
  • Compreensão de métricas de negócios recorrentes (MRR, ARR, Churn Rate e Ticket Médio).
  • Conhecimento e vivência com meios de pagamento (gateways e conciliação de cartões/boletos).
  • Experiência com Power BI para a criação e análise de dashboards de receitas e inadimplência.
