🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com clientes, transportadoras e parceiros logísticos.
  • Monitorar KPIs, SLAs, custos e qualidade dos serviços, identificando desvios e oportunidades.
  • Elaborar relatórios, dashboards e análises para apoiar decisões e melhorar a performance.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar planos de ação, melhorias contínuas e soluções logísticas.
  • Atuar na resolução de problemas, garantindo qualidade do serviço e satisfação dos envolvidos.
  • Buscar redução de custos, otimização de processos, prazos e operações de transporte.
  • Conduzir reuniões e alinhamentos estratégicos com parceiros, fortalecendo retenção e expansão das parcerias.
  • Apoiar clientes e áreas internas, compartilhando informações, boas práticas e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Manter dados e configurações dos parceiros atualizados e apoiar automação e inovação dos processos logísticos.
  • Desenvolver planos de negócio com parceiros, buscando maximizar resultados para a empresa e para os clientes.

Você não estará sozinho(a): todo o trabalho acontece em parceria com áreas técnicas, produto e atendimento.

✅ Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Residir em Rio do Sul/SC ou região
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em áreas relacionadas.
  • Conhecimentos em relacionamento com clientes e parceiros.
  • Conhecimentos em logística e e-commerce.
  • Experiência com gestão de transportadoras e performance logística.
  • Domínio de KPIs, SLAs, dashboards e análise de dados.
  • Habilidade em negociação, gestão de conflitos e relacionamento com parceiros.
  • Conhecimento em roteirização, modais e otimização logística.
  • Conhecimento em precificação e custos de transporte.
  • Interesse e participação em cursos, workshops, palestras e eventos relacionados a logística, e-commerce e performance.
