🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

Gestão de Projetos e Cronogramas

  • Gerenciar os projetos do início (planejamento) ao fim (pós-evento), controlando rigorosamente o escopo, os prazos, custos e recursos.
  • Construir e acompanhar o cronograma macro dos eventos, definindo marcos, entregáveis, responsáveis, dependências e caminhos críticos.
  • Conduzir reuniões, realizar follow-ups constantes e gerir pendências.

Governança, Processos e Documentação

  • Estruturar, padronizar e aplicar melhoria contínua em processos, fluxos, checklists e documentos da operação.
  • Organizar e manter o controle rigoroso de toda a documentação gerada (contratos, propostas, briefings, atas e relatórios).

Controle Orçamentário e Riscos

  • Realizar o controle orçamentário, identificando desvios e fazendo ajustes em forte parceria e interface com o Financeiro e Compras.
  • Identificar riscos e pontos críticos antecipadamente, elaborando e acompanhando planos de contingência antes que os eventos sejam impactados.

Indicadores e Pós-evento

  • Consolidar, analisar e apresentar os indicadores de desempenho (como NPS de satisfação, ROI, produtividade e resultados financeiros).
  • Estruturar dashboards e criar relatórios gerenciais e dossiês de pós-evento para apoiar a tomada de decisões estratégicas.

Como Analista de Projetos e Eventos Corporativos, você será a liderança organizacional dos projetos, garantindo que a execução cumpra os SLAs de prazo, orçamento e prevenção de riscos.

✅ Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão de Projetos, Eventos, Marketing, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em gestão de projetos, PMO, operações, planejamento ou produção de eventos.
  • Vivência sólida no acompanhamento de projetos com múltiplas frentes, com elaboração de cronogramas, planos de ação, checklists e gestão de riscos.
  • Experiência com controle orçamentário e acompanhamento de custos.
  • Experiência na gestão de contratos, propostas e no acompanhamento de indicadores/relatórios gerenciais.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão (como Kanban e matriz de responsabilidades) e domínio de ferramentas (Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Zoho ou Notion).
  • Domínio avançado em Excel/Google Sheets para organizar, cruzar e analisar dados.

  • Experiência prática com processos de melhoria contínua e padronização de rotinas.

📍 Modelo de trabalho

  • Presencial em Rio do Sul (SC)
  • Poderá ser exigida disponibilidade para viagens e flexibilidade para atuar em horários não convencionais em situações pontuais (como treinamentos, eventos ou demandas previamente acordadas).
