🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Conduzir clientes durante o onboarding, orientando sobre boas práticas e uso da plataforma
  • Acompanhar clientes ao longo de toda a jornada, oferecendo suporte contínuo e ajudando a otimizar resultados
  • Auxiliar integrações com marketplaces, indicando canais estratégicos para cada operação
  • Apoiar clientes na construção de estratégias de desempenho (SEO, tráfego pago, layout, usabilidade e marketing digital)
  • Realizar reuniões virtuais para apresentar insights, compartilhar melhores práticas e alinhar planos de ação
  • Realizar visitas externas quando necessário, aprofundando o entendimento do negócio do cliente
  • Mapear oportunidades de expansão em novos marketplaces
  • Indicar agências de marketing e ferramentas alinhadas ao perfil de cada cliente
  • Acompanhar a execução das recomendações, garantindo aplicação prática e geração de resultados

Você atuará de forma próxima aos clientes e em parceria com times internos, sempre com foco em sucesso e crescimento.
