🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Prestar suporte aos clientes na configuração de taxas, contas a pagar, contas a receber, comissões e conciliações financeiras dentro da plataforma
  • Diagnosticar e solucionar divergências na conferência de recebíveis por meio da importação de arquivos bancários
  • Auxiliar clientes na utilização do gateway de pagamento da Magazord e integrações com outros meios de pagamento
  • Identificar discrepâncias em repasses de marketplaces e orientar clientes na conferência correta dos valores
  • Auxiliar na parametrização de regras financeiras, tarifas e comissionamento dentro do sistema
  • Testar e validar novas funcionalidades do módulo Financeiro, garantindo funcionamento correto
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na conferência de recebíveis e repasses
  • Atuar de forma proativa na resolução de problemas, reduzindo recorrência de chamados financeiros
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com Desenvolvimento, Sucesso do Cliente e Implantação para evolução do módulo Financeiro

✅ Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Residir em Palhoça/SC ou região
  • Experiência com conciliação financeira, conferência de recebíveis e análise de extratos bancários
  • Boa capacidade analítica para identificar e solucionar divergências financeiras
  • Boa comunicação e didática para orientar clientes com diferentes níveis de conhecimento técnico

  • Familiaridade com gateways de pagamento, adquirentes e métodos de pagamento digitais
  • Experiência com integração de arquivos bancários e ERPs financeiros
  • Conhecimento sobre repasses financeiros em marketplaces

Essa vaga inicia em formato presencial em Palhoça para um onboarding mais próximo do time e entendimento do produto. Após os primeiros 3 meses, o modelo passa a ser híbrido, combinando dias presenciais e remotos.
