🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Apoiar os clientes na utilização da nossa plataforma, especialmente nas rotinas de frete, tabelas, integração com transportadoras e regras de envio;
  • Atender dúvidas operacionais e prestar suporte técnico em casos de erro ou inconsistência;
  • Analisar e identificar falhas na integração com transportadoras parceiras, atuando diretamente com os times técnicos internos e externos para correção;
  • Realizar configurações específicas do módulo de Transportes, orientando os clientes para a melhor performance logística possível;
  • Sugerir melhorias no sistema com base na usabilidade percebida no atendimento ao cliente;
  • Ministrar treinamentos internos e externos sobre o módulo de Transportes;
  • Apresentar a plataforma para clientes em prospecção, em parceria com o time comercial;
  • Manter um relacionamento cordial e construtivo com os clientes, promovendo uma excelente experiência.

✅ Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Residir em Rio do Sul/SC ou região
  • Ensino médio completo ou cursando superior;
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento a clientes (preferencialmente suporte técnico);
  • Curso ou experiência prática em relacionamento com cliente.

⭐ Diferencial (não eliminatórios)

  • Conhecimento básico em linguagens de programação;
  • Conhecimento em SQL para consultas e apoio técnico quando necessário
