🛠 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Atender dúvidas operacionais e prestar suporte técnico em casos de erro ou inconsistência;
  • Analisar e identificar falhas na integração com transportadoras parceiras, atuando diretamente com os times técnicos internos para correção;
  • Sugerir melhorias no sistema com base na usabilidade percebida no atendimento ao cliente;
  • Manter um relacionamento cordial e construtivo com os clientes, promovendo uma excelente experiência.
  • Intermediar a relação das transportadoras parceiras, visando a resolução de problemas de clientes. Isso envolve: Cobrar retorno, negociar soluções e manter o cliente informado;
  • Operar sistemas terceiros de transportadoras, visando solucionar demandas;
  • Realizar atendimento e esclarecimentos sobre cálculos de fretes, de forma a explicar detalhadamente, a composição do cálculo;
  • Antecipar problemas, e acionar clientes preventivamente, visando o bom relacionamento.

Você não estará sozinho(a): todo o processo acontece em parceria com áreas técnicas e de produto.

✅ Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Residir em Palhoça/SC ou região
  • Ensino médio completo ou cursando superior;
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento a clientes (preferencialmente no segmento de e-commerce);
  • Conhecimento básico sobre logística é desejável;
  • Facilidade com plataformas digitais de atendimento (CRMs);
  • Curso ou experiência prática em relacionamento com cliente;
  • Boa capacidade de leitura e interpretação de texto e dados operacionais em sistemas.
