We do that by delivering smart workflows that connect people, systems, and data - making care more intelligent, efficient, and accessible. Whether it’s supporting clinicians, streamlining operations, or improving patient outcomes, we’re here to make a real difference in healthcare through digital innovation.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our Product team and support our Clinical Diagnostics portfolio across APAC.

Reporting to the Head of Product, Pathology APAC, you'll play a key role in shaping how our customers understand and interact with our software products. Working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts, you'll create and maintain clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation that enhances the customer experience and supports successful product adoption.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys simplifying complex information, collaborating across teams and driving continuous improvement in documentation practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and improve user manuals, product documentation and release-related content.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, developers, software engineers and product managers to gather and validate information.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging and user-friendly content for a variety of audiences.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, consistent and aligned with product releases.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate reviews to maintain documentation quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, templates and tools.
  • Manage competing priorities and documentation deliverables to meet key milestones and release timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance usability, efficiency and customer experience.

About You

You are a collaborative and proactive communicator with a passion for creating high-quality documentation. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have a strong ability to make complex information easy to understand.

You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience in technical writing, software documentation or content development.
  • Experience working within technology, healthcare, pathology or clinical diagnostics environments will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to translate technical information into content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar software development lifecycle tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A curious mindset, commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
