We're building the next generation of the MAGIC Instructor Team, and we're looking to connect with exceptional fitness instructors based in New York City!

About MAGIC

MAGIC is an interactive at-home fitness mirror that brings great coaching into people's living rooms, bedrooms, and home workout spaces.

Workouts are accessed through a touchscreen and delivered on-screen, guiding people through movement in a way that feels personal, supportive, and a little bit magical.

Coaching quality matters to us. A lot.

We're looking for on-camera fitness instructors who can teach clearly, connect through the screen, and help people feel confident moving their bodies, even if they're completely new to fitness.

As we explore expanding MAGIC's content production, we're looking for talented NYC-based instructors to join our growing network of fitness talent.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in instructors specializing in:

  • Strength Training
  • HIIT
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Mobility
  • Low-Impact Fitness

We're also open to hearing from instructors with other specialties.

This Opportunity Is a Great Fit If You:

  • Have relevant fitness certifications and experience leading classes.
  • Have previous experience coaching on camera, or feel completely natural doing so.
  • Can explain exercises clearly and simply, without overcomplicating things.
  • Know how to motivate, encourage, and connect with people through a screen.
  • Can confidently offer modifications for different fitness levels, especially beginners.
  • Create workouts that feel supportive, purposeful, and fun.
  • Bring your own personality, energy, and authentic coaching style.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll collaborate with our content and production team to develop and deliver engaging, professionally filmed workouts for the MAGIC platform.

We're looking for instructors who combine excellent coaching with genuine personality, making every member feel like they're receiving a personal coaching experience.
