Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Portfoliomanagement: Je screent het portfolio op omzet, marge en marktpotentieel, en durft producten te schrappen of toe te voegen.

• Marktverkenning: Je volgt trends, concurrentie en regelgeving op en vertaalt die naar concrete voorstellen.

• Opleiding van het salesteam: Je zorgt dat het salesteam de producten en hun commerciële argumenten grondig kent.

• Marketing & communicatie: Je schrijft productcommunicatie en levert de inhoud aan voor alle marketingkanalen.

• Commerciële acties & campagnes: Je zet acties op voor apotheken, ziekenhuizen en industrie, en werkt waar nodig landspecifieke campagnes uit.

• Opvolging & rapportering: Je volgt de KPI’s van jouw categorie op en rapporteert aan de Business Development Manager.

Jouw profiel

• Opleiding: Je bent apotheker (Master in de Farmaceutische Wetenschappen).

• Commerciële mindset: Je combineert farmaceutische kennis met commercieel inzicht. Je denkt in kansen, marges en klantnoden, en hebt een feeling voor marketing en marketingcommunicatie.

• Ervaring: Ervaring in product management, marketing of een commerciële functie in de farmaceutische sector is een sterke troef. Kennis van de officina- of ziekenhuisapotheek en magistrale bereidingen is een plus.

• Analytisch & data-gedreven: Je werkt nauwkeurig, hecht belang aan correcte data en trekt de juiste conclusies uit cijfers. Je bent vlot met Excel; ervaring met een ERP-systeem (bij voorkeur Odoo) en met Power BI als rapporteringstool is een plus.

• Communicatief: Je schrijft helder en overtuigend, en je kunt kennis enthousiast overbrengen tijdens opleidingen en presentaties.

• Ondernemend: Je neemt initiatief, durft keuzes te maken en werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.

Talen: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een meerwaarde
