Job Responsibilities:

MISSIONS

Définir et mettre en place des schémas d'organisation de la chaîne logistique de flux physiques de nos produits, de l'achat de matières premières et composants jusqu'à la distribution des produits finis.

Organiser et coordonner la gestion des flux physiques et informationnels en veillant au rapport coût-délai, à la qualité (respect des exigences clients, sécurité des personnes et de l’environnement, transport de produits dangereux) en conformité avec la stratégie de l’entreprise.

Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs logistiques en termes de service clients, de coûts et de qualité, notamment par la maitrise des stocks et des coûts de transport.

Animer une équipe regroupant le suivi des flux internes et externes, l’approvisionnement, les expéditions et les transports vers les clients et sous-traitants, dans le respect de la charte des employés du groupe Magna.

LISTE NON EXHAUSTIVE DES TACHES

ü Organiser et synchroniser les activités logistiques selon les besoins clients et contraintes des fournisseurs

ü Suivre la mise en place et la réalisation des plans d'action logistiques et contrôler la conformité d'application dans le respect de la démarche MAFACT

ü Coordonner, planifier et organiser les transports et expéditions dans une logique économique (groupage) en lien avec le niveau de service attendu par nos clients (On Time / In Full)

  • Assurer la circulation des marchandises vers nos différents clients dans le respect de la législation

ü Organiser les flux matières vers le client interne (production) en lien avec le planning de production découlant des appels clients.

ü Assurer la tenue physique des magasins de stockage et défini le programme d’approvisionnement

ü Planifier, organiser et piloter les différents inventaires de nos magasins de stockages, aux fréquences définies par vos soins en coordonnant l’ensemble des tâches afférentes.

ü Proposer et mettre en place des actions afin de ne pas avoir d’écart de stock

ü Transmettre le planning de besoin client (planning horizontal) à la production et ateliers déportés (CAT)

ü Définir et optimiser les niveaux des stocks de produits finis & de matières premières en fonction des volumes attendus d’expédition et des objectifs du site.

AUTONOMIE / RESPONSABILITES

Large autonomie de jugement et d’initiatives. Niveau décisionnel.

Doit informer son responsable hiérarchique de tout problème ayant des conséquences directes sur la livraison du produit au client (coût, qualité, délai)

Manage la totalité du service logistique dans le respect de la charte des employés du groupe Magna

S’engage à respecter le code de conduite et d’éthique ainsi que l’équité au sein des équipes

Assure le rôle du référent sur les démarches QHSE et stratégie de développement durable

Met en œuvre les actions préventives et correctives définies dans le cadre de notre politique QHSE et de notre stratégie de développement durable

APTITUDES REQUISES AU POSTE

· Formation requise : Bac + 5 Logistique internationale et expérience professionnelle réussie au moins 5 ans sur fonction similaire, domaine automobile souhaité

· Anglais courant / Allemand facultatif

· Connaissances en informatique : bureautique, ERP (Baan, SAP,…)

· Maîtrise des systèmes d’information logistique : logiciels planification, ordonnancement

· Maîtrise de la réglementation nationale et internationale : import-export, transports, manutention, produits dangereux.

· Sens des responsabilités, Confidentialité

· Sens de l’ordre, rigueur, méthode et organisation

· Très bon relationnel, attiré par le travail d’équipe

· Réactivité, sens pratique, anticipation, pour gérer les imprévus, les retards.

· Capacité à négocier

· Adaptabilité et flexibilité
