We are now looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong understanding of business processes, and someone who enjoy turning business needs into practical system solutions.

Our ERP landscape is entering an exciting transformation as we move from our current PRMS/AS400 environment towards SAP. You will have the opportunity to play an important role in this journey while working closely with colleagues across the business and internationally.

You will join a department with 32 colleagues. The role is based at our office in Ølgod.

Some travel in Denmark and collaboration with international colleagues should be expected.

Scope of the role This is a hands-on role where you will combine your understanding of business processes with your technical and analytical skills. You will be involved in changing projects, support users and help translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business and process requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Analyzing and improving business processes and system functionality.
  • Participating in projects and ERP change initiatives.
  • Supporting super users and end users.
  • Describing and coordinating system changes with external programmers.
  • Helping simplify and improve our IT and ERP landscape.

About you We are looking for an experienced and curious professional who combines business understanding with a strong technical interest. You may come from an ERP, IT, production or supply chain background. Perhaps you are an experienced production manager who understands supply chain processes and is eager to take the next step and work with IT in this field?

What matters most is that you understand business processes, have a natural technical flair and enjoy solving problems.

We imagine that you:

  • Have several years of relevant experience or intense user of ERP systems, preferably with ERP systems such as PRMS/AS400 or SAP.
  • Have a deep understanding of production and/or supply chain.
  • Think logically and analytically and enjoy finding practical solutions.
  • Have experience working with projects, implementations or business changes.
  • Are comfortable working hands-on and taking responsibility.
  • Are outgoing, curious and eager to learn.
  • Communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Why join us? You will have the opportunity to make a real difference by helping the organisation get more value from its systems while developing your own skills and knowledge. There will be good opportunities for professional and personal development.

We also offer:

  • A competitive salary based on qualifications, as well as an attractive pension and health insurance.
  • Access to a health centre offering, among other things, physiotherapy, massage and training facilities.
  • Great canteen facilities

Curious for more? If you have any questions about the position, feel free to reach out to Country Manager Morten Weisdal on [email protected] or by phone 52345960.

In the meantime, you can get a glimpse of what life is like at Nobia right here!

We look forward to hearing from you! A cover letter is not necessary, but please include a short motivation in your CV. We process applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to send your CV as soon as possible.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

Is it a subscription?
