Coordinateur / Coordinatrice travaux – 100 % ==============================================

Votre mission =============

Au sein du département Travaux \& Planification vous participez activement \à la gestion et à la coordination des travaux d’entretien, de transformation et de rénovation.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

* Planifier et coordonner les travaux d’entretien, de transformation et de rénovation des ouvrages.

* Superviser les entreprises mandatées et assurer le suivi de leurs interventions.

* Contrôler l’avancement des travaux, le respect des délais et la qualité des prestations.

* Assurer la communication entre les différents intervenants et le suivi administratif des dossiers.

* Apporter un soutien opérationnel aux ingénieurs et aux responsables de travaux dans le cadre de projets spécifiques.

Votre profil ------------

* Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC électricien ou d’une formation équivalente dans le domaine de la technique du bâtiment.

* Vous devez justifier d’au moins 3 années d’expérience professionnelle sur le canton de Genève.

* Vous bénéficiez de plusieurs années d’expérience dans la rénovation et la transformation de bâtiments.

* Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des différents corps de métier du bâtiment.

* Vous êtes à l’aise dans la coordination d’entreprises et le suivi de chantiers.

* Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités de communication et savez instaurer des relations de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs.

* Autonome, rigoureux et engagé, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez gérer les priorités.
