Als Customer Advocate Representative – Quotations ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor offerteaanvragen van klanten.

Je beheert de centrale mailbox, analyseert binnenkomende aanvragen en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct en volledig wordt geregistreerd in ons CRM-systeem. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en analytische ingesteldheid zorg je ervoor dat onze ingenieurs over alle nodige informatie beschikken om tijdig een kwalitatieve offerte uit te werken.

Je dagelijkse taken omvatten:

  • Beheren van de centrale mailbox voor offerteaanvragen en deze dagelijks opvolgen.
  • Registreren en verwerken van offerteaanvragen in ons CRM-platform (Salesforce).
  • Kritisch analyseren van aanvragen en controleren of alle noodzakelijke informatie aanwezig is.
  • Herkennen van technische en commerciële aandachtspunten en verbanden leggen tussen beschikbare gegevens.
  • Opzoeken, structureren en nauwkeurig invoeren van klant-, project- en productinformatie.
  • Aanmaken en onderhouden van offerteaanvragen en taken binnen Salesforce.
  • Doorsturen van aanvragen naar de juiste ingenieur of interne specialist voor verdere uitwerking.
  • Opvragen van ontbrekende technische informatie bij klanten wanneer nodig.
  • Professioneel beantwoorden van e-mails en onderhouden van een vlotte communicatie met klanten, vertegenwoordigers en interne afdelingen.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van offerteaanvragen.
  • Uitvoeren van andere administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van het offerteteam.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor, graduaat of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een grote aandacht voor detail.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om informatie kritisch te beoordelen.
  • Vlotte schriftelijke communicatie in het Engels en Nederlands.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en Outlook).
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen (zoals Salesforce) is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, proactief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een internationale omgeving waar communicatie voornamelijk via e-mail verloopt.
