Magnus Leader d.o.o., građevinska tvrtka s više od 20 godina iskustva u građevinskom sektoru, širi svoj tim i traži odgovornu, organiziranu i ambicioznu osobu za radno mjesto građevinskog poslovođe / voditelja gradilišta na području Primorsko-goranske županije.

Tražimo osobu koja želi preuzeti odgovornost, samostalno organizirati rad na gradilištu i aktivno sudjelovati u realizaciji građevinskih projekata, uz mogućnost profesionalnog razvoja i napredovanja unutar tvrtke.

Prednost imaju kandidati sa završenim građevinskim fakultetom ili odgovarajućim obrazovanjem iz područja graditeljstva, no otvoreni smo i za iskusne građevinske poslovođe koji svojim znanjem i praktičnim iskustvom mogu doprinijeti našem timu.

Opis posla i odgovornosti

Organizacija, koordinacija i praćenje rada radnika i podizvođača na gradilištu.

Planiranje i osiguravanje pravovremene nabave i dopreme materijala, alata i opreme na gradilište.

Praćenje tijeka projekta, dinamike izvođenja radova i poštivanja ugovorenih rokova.

Kontrola kvalitete i ispravnosti izvedenih radova te praćenje usklađenosti s projektom i pravilima struke.

Svakodnevna komunikacija i koordinacija s investitorima, nadzorom, projektantima, dobavljačima i ostalim sudionicima projekta.

Rješavanje operativnih pitanja i pravovremeno prepoznavanje mogućih problema na gradilištu.

Vođenje ili sudjelovanje u vođenju gradilišne dokumentacije, uključujući e-Dnevnik, ovisno o stručnim kvalifikacijama i dodijeljenim ovlastima.

Organizacija svakodnevnih aktivnosti na gradilištu i koordinacija različitih faza izvođenja radova.

Redovito izvještavanje uprave o napretku radova, potrebama gradilišta, rokovima i eventualnim odstupanjima.

Što očekujemo od kandidata?

Poželjno završen građevinski fakultet ili odgovarajuće obrazovanje građevinskog smjera.

Poželjno iskustvo na poslovima poslovođe, voditelja gradilišta ili sličnim operativnim poslovima u građevinarstvu.

Odgovornost, samostalnost, organiziranost i sposobnost kvalitetnog upravljanja vremenom.

Dobre komunikacijske i koordinacijske sposobnosti.

Proaktivan pristup poslu, inicijativu i spremnost na rješavanje problema.

Ambiciju, želju za učenjem i profesionalnim napredovanjem.

Poznavanje rada na računalu i spremnost na korištenje digitalnih alata za praćenje gradilišta.

Vozačku dozvolu B kategorije i spremnost na rad na različitim lokacijama unutar Primorsko-goranske županije.

Mjesečnu plaću u rasponu od 1.500 do 2.200 EUR, ovisno o iskustvu, kvalifikacijama i razini samostalnosti.

Dugoročnu suradnju i stabilno zaposlenje u građevinskoj tvrtki s kontinuiranim projektima.

Mogućnost stručnog usavršavanja i napredovanja prema poziciji voditelja gradilišta ili višoj operativnoj funkciji, ovisno o kvalifikacijama i rezultatima.

Suradnju s iskusnim timom i sudjelovanje u realizaciji različitih građevinskih projekata.
