Positions Available:

  • Real Estate Analyst Specialist - Pay rate: $750 per closing
  • Acquisitions Specialist - Pay rate: 15% per closing, aiming for 20 deals monthly
  • Disposition Specialist - Pay rate: 15% per closing, aiming for 20 deals monthly
  • Housing Placement Specialist - Pay rate: 8% per rental property
  • Lead Research Specialist - Pay rate: $500 per closing
  • Transaction Coordinator - Pay rate: $500 per closing
  • Investor Relations Specialist - Pay rate: 2% points per closing
  • Prospective Lead Specialist - Pay rate: $500 per closing
  • Social Media Specialist - Pay rate: $300 per month
  • Creative Financing Volunteer - Unpaid Internship - Possibility for bonuses and potential contract after 90 days of Internship.
  • Pitch Deck Specialist - Pay rate: $300 per closing
  • Human Resource Specialist - Pay rate: $750 per closing
  • Contractors JV (Joint Venture) - Pay rate: Based on project
