Hledáte příležitost nastartovat nebo dále rozvíjet svou kariéru v nákupu?Do našeho týmu hledáme juniorního nákupčího, který se bude postupně seznamovat s nákupními procesy ve výrobní společnosti, komunikovat s tuzemskými i zahraničními dodavateli a získávat zkušenosti v oblasti nákupu.Pozice je vhodná jak pro kandidáty s první zkušeností v nákupu, tak pro šikovné absolventy, kteří mají vztah k technice, umí komunikovat a chtějí se v oblasti nákupu dále rozvíjet.Co Vás na pozici čeká:• zajišťování operativního nákupu svěřeného sortimentu• komunikace s tuzemskými i zahraničními dodavateli• zpracování objednávek • sledování termínů dodávek a řešení běžných požadavků s dodavateli• postupné zapojení do vyhledávání a hodnocení nových dodavatelů• spolupráce se zkušenějšími kolegy z nákupu• spolupráce s výrobou, technologií a dalšími odděleními společnosti• možnost postupně se zapojit také do projektů německé mateřské společnostiCo od Vás očekáváme:• SŠ/VŠ vzdělání, ideálně technického nebo ekonomického směru• praxe v nákupu je výhodou, nikoliv podmínkou• dobré komunikační a organizační schopnosti• zájem o strojírenství a technické prostředí• základní orientace ve výkresové dokumentaci výhodou• komunikativní znalost AJ nebo NJ• dobrou znalost MS Office, zejména Excelu• pečlivost, spolehlivost a chuť učit se nové věci• schopnost pracovat samostatně i v týmuPozn.: životopis i v AJ nebo NJRádi Vám nabídneme:• přátelský tým kolegů, spolehlivého a férového vedoucího• podporu při zaučení a možnost učit se od zkušených kolegů• možnost profesního růstu v oblasti nákupu• pracoviště v Proboštově, možnost home office• stabilní zaměstnání v rostoucí společnosti – v roce 2026 nová výrobní hala a další rozvoj výroby• spolupráci s výrobou i mezinárodními týmy• 5 týdnů dovolené• příspěvek na obědy až 2 800 Kč měsíčně přímo do mzdy• příspěvek na penzijní spoření 600 Kč měsíčně• letní a zimní bonus dle výsledků firmy• mzdu od 30 000 Kč – dle zkušeností a praxe
