Chcete mít přímý vliv na fungování výroby?Hledáme technicky zaměřeného člověka, který rád hledá řešení a bude technickou podporou naší precizní výroby měřidel.Pozice je vhodná pro zkušeného technika či inženýra, ale také pro člověka s několikaletou praxí ve strojírenské výrobě, který se chce posunout více do technické podpory, konstrukce a zlepšování procesů.Co bude náplní Vaší práce:• poskytovat technickou podporu výrobě při každodenních provozních otázkách a problémech• přijímat technické požadavky, koordinovat jejich řešení a sledovat je až do uzavření• hledat praktická a efektivní řešení technických problémů ve výrobních a montážních procesech• podílet se na zavádění nových výrobků a výrobních procesů a na projektech relokace výroby• spolupracovat s výrobou, kvalitou a vývojem (R&D)• připravovat technickou a výkresovou dokumentaci pro nové výrobky a přípravky• navrhovat konstrukční řešení v CAD systému Siemens NX• testovat prototypy a vyhodnocovat výsledky• optimalizovat konstrukční řešení s ohledem na kvalitu, náklady a technologii výroby• podílet se na zlepšování procesů a sdílení technického know-how mezi výrobními lokalitami• školit výrobní pracovníky při zavádění nových výrobků a procesů• sledovat nové technologie, materiály a výrobní postupy a hledat jejich využití v praxiPožadované znalosti a kompetence:• SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru – strojírenství, mechatronika, výrobní technika apod.• případně odpovídající několikaletá praxe v technickém výrobním prostředí• dobré technické myšlení a schopnost chápat souvislosti• schopnost orientovat se v technické dokumentaci a výkresech• zkušenost s výrobním nebo technickým prostředím• systematický přístup a orientace na hledání řešení• dobré komunikační schopnosti a schopnost spolupracovat napříč odděleními• ochota příležitostně cestovat mezi výrobními závody• angličtina nebo němčina na úrovni umožňující komunikaci v mezinárodním prostředí• Výhodou:• zkušenost s ERP systémy a technickými databázemi• znalost Lean Manufacturing / KVPRádi Vám nabídneme:• stabilní zaměstnání na HPP v mezinárodní strojírenské společnosti – v roce 2026 nová výrobní hala a další rozvoj výroby• práci na technicky zajímavých projektech s reálným dopadem na výrobu• možnost rozvíjet se v oblasti výrobních procesů, konstrukce a technologií• přátelský tým kolegů, spolehlivého a férového vedoucího• pracoviště v Proboštově, možnost občasného home office• 5 týdnů dovolené • příspěvek na obědy až 2.800 Kč měsíčně přímo do mzdy • příspěvek na penzijní spoření 600 Kč měsíčně • letní a zimní bonus dle výsledků firmy • nástup dle dohody• mzdu od 65.000 Kč – dle zkušeností a praxe
