Upřesňující informace4): Nabízíme pracovní poměr na 1 rok, poté možnost prodloužení. Náplň práce:• organizace a řízení práce týmu mechaniků/ček měřidel – cca 15-20 lidí• zajištění dodržování technologických postupů a výrobních plánů• kontrola kvality montáže a řešení vzniklých problémů• koordinace s ostatními odděleními (logistika, údržba, kontrola kvality)• vedení evidence výroby a reportování výsledků nadřízenému• zpracování docházky a prémií podřízených zaměstnanců• dohled nad dodržováním BOZP a pracovních předpisůPožadujeme:• SŠ technického směru (ideálně strojírenství, elektrotechnika aj.)• schopnost vést tým a motivovat zaměstnance• praxe v oblasti mechaniky nebo výroby – vedoucí pozice výhodou• znalost čtení technické dokumentace• znalost základních systémů Lean (5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke) výhodou• základní znalost práce na PC (MS Office, skladový systém)• řidičský průkaz B• komunikační angličtina nebo němčina vítánaZaměstnanecké výhody:• pracoviště v Proboštově s prima kolegy• stabilní zaměstnání v rostoucí společnosti• práce převážně na ranní směny• letní a zimní bonus dle výsledků firmy• příspěvek na obědy až 2.600 Kč/měsíc přímo do mzdy• příspěvek na penzijní spoření 600 Kč/měsíc• 5 týdnů dovolené• mzda 45.000 Kč – 55.000 Kč – dle zkušeností a praxe
