In unseren crossfunktionalen Teams legen wir größten Wert auf eine ausgeprägte Fehler- und Lernkultur. Wir arbeiten stets agil und partnerschaftlich – ob bei Neuentwicklungen, komplexen Cloud-Migrationen oder technischen Audits.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Plattformentwicklung: Du konzipierst und entwickelst Cloud-Native-Plattformen nach modernen Architekturprinzipien.
  • Kundenberatung: Du berätst unsere Kunden strategisch zum sinnvollen Einsatz von Cloud-Services hinsichtlich Aufwand, Kosten und Wartung.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du unterstützt Kunden bei der Einführung und Implementierung moderner Release-Prozesse auf Basis von CI/CD-Technologien (z. B. Azure DevOps, GitLab/GitHub).
  • Automatisierung: Du automatisierst aus Leidenschaft und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie Go oder Python mit.
  • Kulturentwicklung: Du lebst eine aktive DevOps-Kultur im Team und trägst diese Philosophie erfolgreich zu unseren Kunden.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du hast ein Informatik-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen – entscheidend ist für uns jedoch dein fundiertes technisches Verständnis.
  • Praxiserfahrung: Du bringst mindestens 3-5 Jahre praktische Cloud-Erfahrung aus der Umsetzung moderner IT-Projekte mit.
  • Tools: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Container-Orchestrierung (idealerweise Kubernetes), Cloud-Providern (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud oder StackIT) sowie IaC-Werkzeugen (z. B. Terraform, Helm, CDK).
  • Methodenkompetenz: Du lebst und verinnerlichst die DevOps-Philosophie im Projektalltag und besitzt die Fähigkeit, den richtigen Einsatz von Cloud-Architekturen strategisch zu bewerten.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
