职位描述 1、作为算法实习生，你将参与到公司的核心技术研发和项目管理中，与顶尖的技术团队一起工作； 2、参与公司大模型算法团队的日常工作，包括参与机器学习模型的开发、调优和部署； 3、参与数据分析和挖掘，为产品和业务提供数据支持； 4、参与新技术的研究和实践，为公司提供创新的技术解决方案； 5、协助团队进行算法模型的设计和实现，并进行性能优化；

1、计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业本科或以上学历，有扎实的数学基础和算法基础，顶刊/顶会发表论文优先； 2、有一定的大模型算法或者算法实践经验； 3、熟练使用Python、R、Java等编程语言，能够独立进行算法模型的设计和实现； 4、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力； 5、能够连续实习6个月以上，26、27届同学优先；
